What is the stats site?
stats.orbitarion.com is the official season archive and Hall of Fame for Orbitarion. It's where you go to:
- Track current rankings during an active season
- Look up rivals before attacking them
- Review your own Commander Career across seasons
- Browse past season results
- See who holds the all-time records
It's a public website, separate from the game itself. No login. No paywall. The same URL works whether you're a player, a friend of a player, or a curious visitor.
What can I find there?
Hall of Fame
The landing page shows all-time records across every season ever played — the highest score ever achieved, the most orbitals ever held by a single planet, the longest win streaks, and more. Hall of Fame entries persist forever. Once you've made the list, you stay.
Season archive
Every completed season has its own page. Each archive includes:
- Full planet rankings by final score
- Alliance standings sorted by total VP
- Race distribution — how many players chose each race
- Season-level stats — total commanders, tick count, peak score, total battles fought
- Notable battles — biggest fleet engagements, decisive captures
Use the Season picker in the top bar to navigate between past seasons.
Live season
When a season is currently running, its stats page updates in real time. You can track current rankings, see who's climbing, and watch alliances grow during active play. There is no delay — rankings refresh each tick.
The live page reflects the same data shown in-game on the leaderboard tab, with one important difference: race information is masked during live seasons (see below).
Commander Career profiles
Click any planet name in a ranking table to visit that commander's career profile page. The career page shows lifetime statistics across every season a player has participated in:
- Seasons played
- Best score ever achieved
- Most orbitals ever held in a single season
- Total wins, losses, and draws (lifetime)
- Total battles fought
- Total ships destroyed, total ships lost
- Total fleets sent
- Total orbitals stolen, total orbitals lost
- Lifetime win rate as a percentage
- Best rank ever finished
The full season history is listed below the career stats, with the player's planet name, race (when revealed — see masking below), final score, and final rank for each season they've played.
Every commander has a permanent profile URL keyed on their account. Bookmark it, share it, and use it to size up opponents before attacking them.
For details on what the in-game Commander system does and how it stacks with these career stats, see Commanders.
Race masking during live seasons
While a season is active (status signup, protection, active, or havoc), every planet's race is hidden on the stats site. The race column shows as unknown, and race distribution panels show only totals without identifying individual planets.
When the season ends (status ended), all races are revealed simultaneously across the entire archive.
Why we do this
Race masking on the stats site mirrors the in-game scanning mechanic. In-game, you don't know what race an opponent plays until you've successfully scanned them — that scan reveals their race, planet name, and rough size. Race masking on the public stats site keeps the same information barrier outside the game.
If race information were freely available on stats.orbitarion.com, every player could trivially check any opponent's race without ever sending a scan. That would gut the Spymaster archetype, the entire scanning research tree, and a large portion of in-game intel value.
After the season ends, races are revealed. Historic archive seasons (Season 1 and earlier) all show full race data permanently.
Speed rounds
Speed rounds — short test seasons with 5-minute ticks instead of 30-minute ticks — also appear on the stats site. They're identified in the season picker by their shorter tick_interval and abbreviated naming (e.g. "Speed Round — Beta Test").
Race masking applies during a live speed round just like a regular season. Commander Career stats from completed speed rounds count toward your lifetime totals.
Speed round results are kept in the same archive as regular seasons. You can see exactly how speed-round play compares to standard 30-min-tick seasons on each profile's season history.
How do I find my own profile?
Your Commander Career profile is reachable from any ranking table where your planet appears. Click your planet name to open the profile. The URL contains your unique user identifier — bookmark it for easy access between seasons. Your profile follows you across every season.
When is a season published?
Season stats are available live during play and remain permanently accessible after the season ends. There is no delay. The rankings page updates each tick.
Once a season ends:
- Status changes from
active(orhavoc) toended - Race data unmasks across the entire archive
- Final Hall of Fame contributions are recorded
- Season is archived permanently — no further changes
Can I see battle details?
Detailed battle logs — the per-round events, kill counts, ship survivors — are visible in-game through your Private News feed. The stats site shows season-level rankings and Commander Career statistics, not individual battle replays.
The Battle Calculator at tools.orbitarion.com lets you simulate any hypothetical battle using the same combat engine. See Tools.
